… with food but then thought better of it. I’ve done so much better the past couple of days, no matter what lack of support & mockery I’ve encountered. I know I’m pushing too hard & changes need to be made. I confuse self care with self abuse… or maybe not.
So I’m having a bowl of organic oatmeal, no white sugar; I added some maple syrup, slivered almonds, dash of nutmeg, spoonful flax seeds, & maybe I’ll throw some raisins in just because.
